Daniel J. Ayoroa was born in La Paz, Bolivia, in 1976. His book, De la transformación en pájaros, published by Llamarada Verde in 2017, was a finalist in the New Writers contest held by the Santa Cruz Book Chamber. In July 2023, the University Press of the National Autonomous University of Honduras, the Editorial Efímera, and the Festival de Los Confines published his book Breve odisea nocturna as part of the Los Confines Collection. In October 2023, he released El reverso de la noche with the Ecuadorian publishing house El Ángel editor. Since the year 2023, he has been the coordinator of the International Poetry Week Festival in Bolivia.
