NOTE: Plume is contracted with Submittable for 250 submissions per month; submissions received thereafter cannot be accessed. Therefore, we suggest you send your work early in each month.

We are excited to broaden the mission of Plume to include reviews, criticism, and book notes by members of our staff. While we will not consider unsolicited submissions in these areas, we invite presses and authors to submit complimentary copies of poetry collections, chapbooks, verse translations, and studies on poetics—published within the past twelve months—for possible review. Diversity and inclusiveness are among our core values, so we are particularly interested in receiving titles from small presses, first-time authors, and poets from underrepresented backgrounds. Books will not be returned and receipt of materials in no way indicates an intent or obligation to review. Works that fail to pique our interest will be donated to local schools and charities. We discourage advance queries and e-books, but should you have a concern, please direct it to Mark and Chelsea Wagenaar, Reviews Editors, at .

Or send physical copies to:

**Due to ever-increasing volume, we can no longer accept simultaneous submissions.
Given the increasingly high volume of submissions, we at Plume will read new submissions exclusively between February 1 — March 31, and September 1 — November 1. Submissions received outside of these periods will not be read. We look forward to reading your poems, however, in these months.
Plume reserves first North American Serial Rights. All rights revert to the author upon publication.

All submissions are accepted through Submittable.
