Elí Urbina (Chimbote, Peru, 1989), a prominent Peruvian poet of the new generation, is the founder and director of the magazine and publishing house Santa Rabia Poetry. His most recent full-length collections include his Un hombre solo, un solo infierno (Valparaíso Ediciones, Spain, 2025), which comprises selected works from 2012-2024; La patria del instante, 120 haiku (Alcorce Ediciones, 2023); the Spanish/English bilingual edition Exŏdus /Exodus (Santa Rabia Poetry, 2022, 2023, Peru); and the bilingual Spanish/Italian edition El abismo del hombre /L’abisso dell’uomo (Edizioni Arcoiris, Italy, 2023). He is also the author of two poetry chapbook and his poetry has been translated into several languages and featured in international anthologies.
