Gregory Conti: Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Gregory Conti has been living in Perugia, Italy, since 1985, after working as a legal services lawyer in New Haven CT and Waltham, MA. For the past 30 years, he has been translating and teaching English at the University of Perugia and the Foreign Language School of the Italian Army. His most recent translation is The Color Line by Igiaba Scego; upcoming in 2023: Oh Serafina by Giuseppe Berto (Rutgers University Press) and The Seven Measures of the Wotld by Piero Martin (Yale University Press), and in 2024: Filaments by Elisa Biagini (Rutgers University Press)
