Marie Lundquist debuted with the poetry collection “Jag går runt och samlar in min trädgård för natten” in 1992. Since then, she has published another ten books, mostly poetry but also short prose and essays. For many years she has written texts on art and photography for museums and galleries and taught creative writing in various universities. Her books have been translated into many different languages and she has received numerous literary prizes, including several from the Swedish Academy.
