Poems translated by Alex de Voogt

Alex de Voogt is an associate professor at Drew University. He studied African Linguistics at Leiden University, the Netherlands, and finished his MFA Poetry in Translation at Drew University in 2020. He has published English translations of Constantine Cavafy and Muyaka bin Haji as well as occasional Dutch translations of English-language poems. His article on translating Cavafy has appeared in Translation Review (2020).
